A Highland BBQ Ritual 

Every Saturday, the mist clears for the glow of the bonfire. We invite you to slow down  and savor an open-air feast defined by charcoal, acoustic tunes, and the company of friends. 

 

The Feast (All-You-Can-Eat): 

 

FROM THE CHARCOAL GRILL Honest ingredients cooked over open fire. 

  • Ocean Catch: Fresh Snapper, Tuna, Squid, and Fish. 
  • Butcher’s Cut: Chicken, Beef Steak, and Grilled Sausages.
  • Garden Harvest: Corn on the Cob, Vegetable Skewers, and Grilled Vegetable Pesto. 

THE ACCOMPANIMENTS

  • The Salad Bar: Fresh garden greens, grated carrot, cucumber, and Chef’s creations.
  • The Soup Kettle: Warming weekly rotations like Potato Bean, Tomato Pea, or Zucchini Carrot. 
  • Sauces: From classic Lemon Butter and BBQ to the sharp heat of local Sambal Matah and Dabu-Dabu. 

SWEET FINISH
Fresh Fruit Slices, Assorted Puddings, or Banana Fritters.
